Qualifications
1. University degree / University diploma in electrical engineering
2. good English knowledge
3. experience in automation control system engineering (hard- & software)
4. experience in programming of PLC-, HMI- and process control systems
5. experience in electric circuit diagrams
6. basic knowledge in pneumatic systems preferred



Job targets/Area of responsibility

1. Project planning of control systems for dispersing machines, mixing machines and mixing systems
2. Programming and commissioning of PLC- (Siemens S7), HMI- (Siemens WinCC flexible) and process control systems
3. Design of new control systems for standard and customised machines as well as systems for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for implementation and attending until production.
4. Drawing of circuit diagrams with ePLAN P8
5. Supervision of the production, assembly, commissioning and servicing of the control systems for our machines and systems.
6. Selection, supervision and coordination of subsuppliers
7. Support of sales department with quotations and costings
8. Work with given development tools in the areas of hardware and software.
9. Cost consciousness and schedule consciousness for the projects
10. Research work, for instance on components or competing products
11. Responsibility for the assembly of prototypes and their test evaluation
12. Compilation of full documentations, keeping of project files. Preparation of technical documentations, for example instruction manuals etc.
13. Consideration of in-plant processes and standards (ISO, Milestones).
14. Work in accordance with valid standards and guidelines, for example machine guideline etc.
15. Implementation of hazard and error analyses
16. Implementation of changes, as well as product management
17. Close cooperation with, and support of, specialized departments such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, applications engineering, service, purchasing
18. Readiness to travel (Germany)
19. Readiness to participate in further training, to visit fairs etc.
