Main duties

PR and Editorial

· To maintain good relationship with China media.

· Major focus on key media in BJ and SH and second tier cities with Bally stores

· To assist Marketing & PR Manager to work out a detailed editorial strategy in order to meet editorial target set by HQ

· Manage and maintain a full China media list

· Understand and keep up with media development in China

· To work out seasonal PR calendar and follow up accordingly

· To translate, draft and distribute all Bally press releases to China media

· To organize daily sample rotation among media, to take charge of fulfilling media shooting requests and sample maintenance.

· To handle all China media inquiry about the brand and facilitate media interview

· Supervise on editorial clipping collection and report, draft editorial analysis report regularly.

Event

· To organize PR events in China such as seasonal SS/AW press presentation, and other PR / Marketing events involving media attendance.

· To support on LSA events and other regional events
