Detail core responsibilities of position:

- Follow up the new project testing and evaluation: prepare the test plan, conduct the testing, failed cause analysis and test issue follow up, testing report preparation etc

Skills & Knowledge:

- Execute the projects in North ChinaStrong knowledge of project development procedure, successful in projects leading .

- Execute steam project including product spec review, safety review, CAD review, EB/pilot production follow up.

- Work with factory and US team for project update and communication

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of project/team management experience, preferably in household electrical appliances

- CAD software

- A broad view and understanding of the project development procedure, and effective experience leading multi-disciplined team efforts in the various projects

- Ability to communicate verbally and written in English and Mandarin
