工作目的 Job Object

             w   该职位需设计与维护实验室测试设备的机械部分及相关仪器仪表和工具   This   position should focus on the design and manage the test bench’s mechanical system   and correlative equipment and tools.   w   还需对产品及样件的机械、力学部分进行测试   Also   should support the test and measurement about mechanical and dynamics.         

  

工作职责Job responsibility

             w   设计与开发新测试设备的机械、结构系统   Designing and developing the mechanical part and frame   system for new test bench and new equipment in lab.   w   新产品或现有产品的力学、强度及物理性能的测试   Force/   strength/ physical properties test, measurement or analysis for the new   products and existing products..   w   维护与管理测试设备的电气系统及相关仪器   Maintaining   and managing test bench’s mechanical structure or frame system and   correlative equipment in lab.   w   设计并制订针对产品或样件的测试计划及相关文件   Designing   and formulating correlative test document (validation plan/ test   specification) for regular and general requested test.   w   进行针对产品或样件的测试并出具报告   Conducting   the regular and general requested test and providing test report.   w   与德国实验室协调沟通   Networking,   Coordinating lab activities with the German R&D validation team.         

  

汇报职责Reporting responsibility

             w     新设备和仪器的申请   New   equipment application and status.   w     已有设备和仪器的状态   Existing   equipment operating status.   w     测试方法和测试文件的确认   To   confirm new document and method for test and measurement.   w     测试数据和测试结果的确认   To   confirm the test result and test report.         

  

  

素质要求Qualifications

                                                                   基本要求Basic Requirement       w     学历Education   level: 本科以上学历                          Bachelor degree or   above   w     专业Major:   机械设计及相关专业   Mechanical   design or relative major   英文水平English   level: 英语四级以上、极其良好的中英文口语及书面语的交流能力                            CET4 or above, Excellent   communication ability in oral and written English and Chinese   w     计算机操作Computer skills: Office, AutoCAD, PTC-creo-elements,   and so on.   w     其它Others:      职业/工作经验要求   Professional & work experiences requirement       w     工作经验Working experiences items: 3年以内   within   3 yeas   w     专业经验Professional experiences:    熟悉机械产品测试方法，包括功能测试、可靠性能测试   Mechanical products test,   including functional and reliability tests   熟悉机械测试设备的使用   Be familiar with test equipment   of mechanical   熟悉QC，MSA，GRR等方法   Be familiar with QC, MSA, GRR   and so on   具有虚拟仪器开发经验者优先   Experience of virtual instrument   development will be a plus   具有机械设备、仪器设计者优先   Experience of mechanical bench   or equipment design will be a plus   了解PTC-creo-elements使用者优先   Experience of PTC-creo-elements   application will be a plus   较强的计划,组织,分析和解决问题的能力   Strong planning, organizational,   analytical and problem solving skills   w     其它Others:   有外企工作经验者优先   The   experiences in international company will be priorities      能力要求 Ability       w     工作态度Work attitude: 积极，主动，包容，开朗                             Positive, Active, Open，Outgoing   w     沟通能力Communication: 良好的交流，协调，沟通和团队协作能力                               Perfect communication, coordination and   trouble shooting   w     团队合作Team work: 掌握团队合作的精髓                         Perfect Team work    ability   w     领导能力Leadership: 项目的管理，人员/事务的组织安排能力                           Experience of Project   and team management will be priorities   w     执行力Implementation:   快速学习，执行能力，清晰的分析, 思考能力                            Fast   learner and implementation, Clear analysis and judgment   w     其他Others:      其他要求 Others Requirement
