GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is accountable for develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual booking target and long term objectives, build strong relationship with key customers for continuous business growth. Perform market research, new customer/sales channel development, maintain existing customers, competitor information update etc.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers to favor of our products.
2. Coordinate necessary resources including but not limit to engineering, sourcing and manufacturing to make bidding proposal and provide solutions to customers, and get sales order.
3. Implement the sales activity for the specified customer/territory, build up and maintain a close business contacting with key customers, developing relationship as appropriate to ensure effective implementation on the relevant sales/marketing strategy.
4. Develop and manage distributor according to the sales plan and company policy.
5. Develop sales forecast, marketing information, competitive intelligence studies for China strategy development.
SKILLS
Experience in project pursuit and executions.
Good communication skills at all aspects.
Fluent use of computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word or other related software.
Good spoken and written English.
Knowledge about coal-chemical industry will be considered.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation or Equipment is preferred
5 years above experience working in related field.
With working experience in design institute or engineering contractor preferred.
