Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) is a global semiconductor design and manufacturing company that develops analog ICs and embedded processors.

-Responsible for order/backlog management (order to cash) 

-Interface with customers / channel to provide quality service & build up/maintain good relationship 

-Liaison with internal (i.e.: SBE planning, Finance & Logistics..) to ensure supply chain support 

-Manage B2B related projects with customer (i.e. JIT/VMI) 

-Handle aftersales functions and customer complaints (i.e. RMA, Debit/Credit memo… )

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Interpersonal & communication skills. 
• English oral and written communication a must
• Positive attitude
• Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
• Team player
• Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• SAP experience a plus
