岗位职责：
Promote financial institution business and develop/maintain bank and nonbank customer base in East and South China. Manage a quality FIG customer portfolio to achieve the revenue target.
Understand client’s needs to drive for product cross-selling and revenue growth/market share expansion.
Explore the business & product opportunities in NBFI sector (such as securities, leasing, consumer finance etc.) and acquire new customers. Conduct credit and portfolio management of the clients under coverage.
Assist in establishment, maintenance and enhancement of business relationship with bank clients and to ascertain the Bank’s business is handled by correspondents in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Responsible for FIG customer CDD profiles and to ensure that most updated information is communicated to other departments in case of need.
Maintain good customer relationship with key banks and NBFI clients in East and South China.
Coordinate appointments and to receive visitors from other financial institutions on behalf of the Bank.
Handle problems related to our correspondents arising from the Bank’s daily operations; thereby ensure quality service to our correspondents and user departments.
Facilitate process on matters relating to FIG products and the bank’s products to satisfy the client’s demand and reduce the complaints.
Develop new policies and procedures for dealing with sector clients and provide advice and guidance
Aware and enforcement of AML KYC, Global Standard & FATCA requirements


任职要求：
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in customer relationship management, 3yrs FIG RM experience is preferred.
Strong business development capability with NBFI (Securities companies, Auto Finance Companies, leasing, etc.) and bank clients.
Sufficient financial industry knowledge, familiar with FIG products such as interbank trade, cash management and interbank treasury products.
Able to prepare credit proposal for NBFI clients, strong credit analytical skills. Previous working experience in credit analysis and NBFI sector is preferred;
Proficiency in English. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
Self-motivated with high responsibility, able to work under pressure.
Demonstration of required AML and Sanctions knowledge through attendance at the one day instructor-led training course and successful completion of the related post-course assessment
