Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Report to: RA QS Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the product inspection criteria under guidance with the RA QA Manager, especially the acceptance of labeling and packaging, for all business units
• Assist to improve product traceability management
• Review, sign off and file quality records on a daily basis
• Perform internal audit quality, covering, but not limited to product quality, procedures implementation, records filing, warehouse environment
• Coordinate with RA department for label database maintenance
• Capture and escalate product quality issues, e.g. shelf life conflicts, and work closely with RA, GBU to solve the issues in a timely manner
• Support field actions implementation at the warehouse, e.g. product recall or hold notice,
• Assist complaint handling team with any complaint or quality issue's feedback, communication and sample shipping
• Responsible for any routine inspection of the warehouse by SFDA related to medical device
• Act as the single communication bridge between warehouse service vendor and S&N QA/RA

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably a graduate from University/College (major in medical device, pharmaceuticals, medicine, mechanical, or relative)

· Minimum 2-3 year experience in quality assurance or quality control, medical device industry preferred

· Familiar with the regulatory requirements for medical devices (China SFDA regulations)

· Good interpersonal & communication skills;

· Strong team work spirit

· Strong problem solving skills and independent decision-making for all routine business issues

· Fluent spoken and written English, facilitating business communication
