Responsibilities:

1) Implement a Quality management system covering all process specific procedures in the organization, to meet the business requirements and the company's mission and vision according to ISO/TS 16949.

2) Support the process owners in implementing process descriptions that meet the requirements of the Quality management system.

3) Review and improve the Quality management system to facilitate a continuous improvement process within the organization.

4) Co-ordinate activities with certification bodies. (Product and System)

5) Improve the knowledge of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality systems.

6) Manage resources within the Quality team

7) Create, maintain and improve internal processes within the Quality management system in liaison with the process owners

8) Monitor non conforming material complaints

9) Manage the corrective and preventive actions process

10) Supervise the change management

11) Implement, execute and maintain supplier audit and development

12) Plan and perform internal audits

13) Be the first point of contact for external audits and coordinate the external audit process within the company including follow up actions

14) Perform training on QM requirements

15) Summarize quality reporting & environmental reporting

16) Prepare data for the management review

17) Search and update the list of laws, regulations and other requirements

18) Perform internal Quality & EMS training for all staffs



Skills Needed:

1) Bachelor Degree (4 yrs) in related field

2) Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

3) Excellent MS-Office knowledge

4) 10 yrs. Quality system experience and at least 5 yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry.

5) 5 yrs. Management experience

6) Green Belt or min. 2 yrs. Lean-Six-Sigma experience
