工作职责:
1.Plan and implement training;
2.Support performance management,talent review and talent management;Contribute to HR Plan
3.Provide HR services e.g.TS16949，on-boarding,employee relationship,labour contract and adm.issues for China Auto Xinzhuang and Minhang


职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree with 3-5 year working experience in HR field, training and developing experience would be plus.
2. Written English skill is a must, Oral English would be plus



Responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for BU annual recruiting plan making and execution to match business development needs from internal and/or external;
2) Be responsible for recruiting & hiring process management and reporting
3) Maintain and develop hiring channels
4) Be in charge of new employee orientation
5) Be In charge of employee in/out procedures; Investigate and analyze causes of employee voluntarily leaves, provide suggestions to HR Manager and management team
6) Employment contract and the related documents management;
7) Handle employee grievances and complaints; Communicate with all levels of employees and improve the communication between management part and labor part to promote company culture
8) Be responsible for the monthly payroll making and the relevant social insurance & housing fund calculation
9) Training needs identification and the related training plan development and implementation
10)Plan and implement training;
11)Support performance management,talent review and talent management;Contribute to HR Plan
12)Provide HR services e.g.TS16949 on-boarding,employee relationship,labour contract and adm.issues for China Auto Xinzhuang and Minhang
13)Other tasks/projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
1) University degree with major in Human Resources Management or other relevant field
2) Familiar the Labor Law and the related regulations;
3) At least 3-5 years’ experiences in foreign manufacturing plant with related experience;
4) Able to communicate in English and familiar with MS office software;
5) Bachelor degree with 3-5 year working experience in HR field, training and developing experience would be plus.
6) Written English skill is a must, Oral English would be plus
