工作职责:

1.负责从晶圆测试到后端封装体测试过程中所有工程和量产数据系统的基础设施。

2.追踪日常产品测试综合指标，及时预警和报告异常情况；并提供可靠有效的数据分析结论。

3.持续与IT部门一起合作，不断提高数据的自动化和可视化效率。

4.确保工作流程和规范符合公司客户和国际质量标准、以及环境质量标准和社会责任要求。

5.给PETE以及其他相关部门的员工提供测试数据分析相关的培训。

6.确保相关操作符合ISO/TS16949，和ESH的要求。

7.直接主管或管理团队安排的其它工作任务等。

1.Responsible for data system infrastructure linking to processes from Wafer Sort to Final Test for both engineering and mass production.

2.Daily product indices track, pre-"alert" abnormal case timely to PETE and other related groups. Draw conclusion from the analysis

3.Continue to work with IT for data structure automation and visualization enhancement.

4.Ensure work procedures conform to company, customers and international quality standards, including environmental quality standard and social responsibility requirement.

5.Provide related training to PETE and other department staff

6.Ensure compliance to ISO/TS 16949, and ESH requirement.

7.Other duties assigned by direct supervisor and/or management team.

任职资格:

1.学士学位及以上，两年以上的半导体、电子工程、微电子、计算机科学、通信工程、自动控制、或相关专业。

2.熟悉半导体产品的原理和测试机理。具有闪存产品相关经验者优先，特别是直接从事3维NAND产品测试相关经验者。

3.熟悉计算机汇编语言,例如python，C语言，C++，等。

4.熟悉数据结构、基础设施和数据分析。

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent in Semiconductor, Electrical Engineering, Micro-electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Automatic Control or relative specialty.

2.Familiar with the principle of semiconductor products and test mechanism; Flash memory product relevant experience will be a plus, especially for (3D) NAND product testing experience.

3.Familiar with programming language：python， C, C++.

4.Familiar with data infrastructure and data analysis.

5.Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and "location".

6.Good English communication skills including verbal and written.

7.Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge.

8.Be in good health and mental diathesis and be able to take challenging work.
