职位描述
MISSION: A one sentence, motivating, strategic level description of "why" the position exists. The purpose of the job.
Execute quality, profitable retail space programs that communicate Nike brand values to the consumer. Work with internal team and out-sourcing designers to develop design solutions that enhance the Nike Brand and meet the needs of the market.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten (preferably 5-7) primary responsibilities with end results (the "what") aimed at the key dimensions of the "balanced scorecard" approach to performance management: market, financial, customer satisfaction (external delivery and quality) productivity (internal cost and speed), and innovation and flexibility. Framed in relation to the SMART model for objective setting: specific, measurable, aggressive, realistic and time-bound. List percentage weight (10% minimum) for each objective.

· Clearly understand Nike brand values and design culture and how it translates into retail environments. Coach and communicate Nike brand values to freelance designers.
· Work closely with Space Planning Design Manger and APHQ to understand all space planning and design guidelines. Apply design guidelines for all retail environments
45%Space Planning and Quality control
· Responsible for understanding the retail environment as it relates to all channels and accounts. From this be able to lead the space planning process internally with sales, freelance designers and retail partners.
· Review and approve all space plans for selected geographic area and/or specific set of accounts. Provide timely and within budget design solutions for all Nike environments. Ensure quality executions and accurate executions.
· Closely monitor quality and design details of spaces (construction, design, fixture, layouts, etc). Continue to search for solutions and ideas to improve overall quality control and processes. Ensure all space plans meet capacity needs to ensure business revenue.
· Gain in-depth knowledge of quality materials for retail applications. Be able to utilize this knowledge to provide good design solutions and evolve our programs.

Manage the process/ communication
· Mange an efficient process to maximize design time and approval process both internally Design manager, space coordinators and APHQ.
· Oversee and manage the freelance designers, coach and educate freelancers on Nike design guidelines and intergrity. Review work and provide feedback.
· Review final freelancer design packages and quality execution and approve payment for freelance designers.
· Interact with appropriate resources to plan and monitor the process in order to meet specified needs and resolve identified issues.
· Develop effective ways to monitor quality and space planning results and develop a process to take action and make sure things get done.
· Build working relationships of mutual respect, trust and credibility within associated departments: Retail Development, Events, Footwear and Apparel etc
