drive seasonal merchandising excellence
? work closely with National VM team and owned buying team to develop and drive high standard long term & seasonal merchandising strategy which align retail & brand marketing priorities
? frequent communication with National VM team and owned store team to drive owned seasonal tool direction & alignment
manage retail presentation & initiative guidelines to execution
? manage team to ensure consistent execution of key brand & seasonal merchandising plans
? manage team to ensure merchandisers deliver key initiatives to owned stores within guidelines
? develop and lead an efficient reporting system to evaluate merchandisers monthly planning & service result
? work closely with merchandising & training team to develop frequent field information & feedback
manage, coach & develop team of field merchandisers and supervisors to achieve performance expectation
? manage & coach multi-geographic team to achieve results in owned stores, delivering presentation excellence to reach in-store performance accountabilities
? lead one-on-one travel with merchandisers, report evaluation & consistent communication
? develop merchandisers in merchandising, service & selling, product knowledge and presentation/ training skill development
? assist field training strategy development
