Manage Shanghai AFSS watch workshop to make sure watch service KPI achieved.

Work on bench for daily repairs to understand / fresh the knowledge of repair and support local workshop activities. Collect, audit and register in the Workshop Data Base all the data related to After Sale workshops and activity, in cooperation with Watch BU head quarter

Give training for internal and external resources based on the content decided by the management

Give initial technical support for new store / workshop opening Identify new repairing techniques, tools, spare parts and suppliers during New Product Development and negotiate the relevant technical aspects

Provide support and advice to Repair Planner in the technical aspects of the decision of free of charge requests (Where applicable)
