职位描述
1. Bank account operations for Ford and its Affiliates including account opening, closing and bank mandate update, etc.;
2. Conduct timely payment via Ebanking and other payment means to meet company's daily operation and investment needs;
3. Prepare daily cash flow report for actual expense, forecast, and budget performance;
4. Monitor company's account balance, funding transfer and ICL under current cash pooling structure;
5. Initiate cash investment and execute FX transactions with banks;
6. Facilitate communications with banks, SAFE and PBOC to support various business needs;
7. Perform Sarbanes Oxley testing on treasury operations;
8. Work with others treasury colleagues to get all treasury assignments done and to support operations.
Qualification
1. At least bachelor degree in finance or accounting major;
2. At least 3 years working experience in finance or banking;
3. Familiar with banking operation, FX transaction and related documentation;
4. Good knowledge of PBOC & SAFE regulations;
5. Fluent English;
6. Solid skill in communication, team work and business mindset for serving customers;
7. Integrity is always an important factor at Ford;
8. Capability to face challenges and tough situations, and overall execution to deliver results, and to work independently when required.
