Job Description & Qualifications
Major Responsibilities:
· Meet all imported vehicle program deliverable in line with Ford Asia Pacific guidelines
· Administer FCO Authorized Parts Distributor (APD) key operation matrix and monthly reporting.
· Establish APD parts inventory at sufficient level to improve BU parts availability to support Fix It Right At First Time.
· Implement recall/Service Campaign parts requirement to place order through APD and monitoring parts delivery meet program timing requirement
· Identify dealer needs and develop parts training for APD and dealer.
· Support Ford imported vehicle PDC (Parts Distribution Center) program
Experience and Background Skill Desired:
· 3 to 5 years experience in dealer service operation and parts distribution.
· Cross- functional experience in automotive parts or service would be advantage
· Must be proficient in English ability and have proven automotive parts management skills.
· P.C. skill for presentation, Reporting and analysis skill.
· University graduate or above with a major in business administration, or automotive education background.

Being good at Teamwork and Customer Driven.
