职位描述：

1、负责移动设备上的应用和系统用户界面交互设计；
2、了解产品需求并提出创新想法，完成界面的流程设计、原型设计，提高产品易用性；
3、规范交互设计文档，与GUI设计师紧密配合，把控项目进度；
4、进行用户体验研究和分析，整理和积累交互创新想法。

任职资格：

1、熟悉Android、Iphone等手机操作系统与客户端产品；
2、优秀的创意性与逻辑思维能力，能够快速构建高质量的信息构架、流程图、线框图；
3、熟悉Photoshop、Flash、Visio、Axure等等常用设计软件，能制作互动产品原型；
4、有手机操作系统和客户端产品方面的设计经验者优先；
5、工作态度积极，有责任心，对交互设计有着强烈的兴趣和持之以恒的动力。

6、熟悉用户体验设计流程：包括交互设计、视觉设计、原型设计、可用性设计等；和设计师（UI）一起利用人机交互、图形化设计、界面设计和其他相关理论形成设计创意；
