PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Stand from RF side, work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer's RD team, to ensure success in long term business relation


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement
- Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer
- Make RF design for certain project
- Prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction, with PM/ME
- Work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side
- Proactively involve project activities for RF and general projects issue
- Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer
- Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter's arrangement


JOB SPECIFICATION
- University degree major in RF discipline,
- At least 1 years RF design experience in mass production industry is preferable
- RF knowledge, ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure
- Work with team member with different individual natural
- Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way
- Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making,.

- Oral/written English, team work, constructive, proactive
