Report to: Software Design Engineer Manager

Location: Beijing Office

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for designing, documenting and implementing sub-systems within the constraints of Keithley system software architecture.

2.Participate in creating the product definition by evaluating the intended application and competitive products, generating detailed target specifications, identifying specific requirements of the product.

3.Investigate the viability of design approaches, implementation techniques, and the effective use of development tools.

4.Learn customer applications and instruments; finish assigned customization projects as needed.

5.Effective teamwork and collaborating with headquarter and worldwide engineering, applications, marketing, sales and field support personnel is essential.

6.International travel may be needed per customer project requirements.

7.Other related duties requested by supervisor.

8.Qualifications:

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree with at least 2 years’ experience in software product development and design position.

2.Very experienced in Linux/UNIX programming.

3.At least 1 years of C++, C, Java or Python experience.

4.Good English skills, both in spoken and written.

5.Very strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

6.Quick learner, able to handle multiple assignments for themselves and staff hard working, self-motivated, and assertive.

Preferred Skills:

Experienced in semiconductor industry software, especially SECS/GEM is a big plus.
