BUSINESS TITLE:Communication Manager

REPORT TO:President Greater China Region

WORK LOCATION:Beijing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Lead projects in compliance with Sandvik's Branding strategy such as employer branding, as well as establishing and maintaining relations with governments and associations;
2.Coordinate all regional corporate press releases, press kits, news releases, internal and external Micro-blog, articles, external announcements, pictures, videos and other supporting material;
3.Coordinate with BA/PA marketing and communication colleagues to gather proof points for use in corporate communications messaging, as well as providing BA/PA with corporate information for use in BA/PA and local media market;
4.Coordination and facilitation of external media event planning in the region, oversee the creation of certain branding materials, newsletters, brochures, special event materials, and relevant internet/intranet content;
5.Seek out stories and facilitate pitches and interviews with targeted media channels and press representatives, scout and research story opportunities for company branding;
6.Orchestrate and prepare participation in media interviews and speaking engagements;
7.Serves at times as Sandvik's representative at employee events, community activities, special events and industry association.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred in Marketing related majors;

2.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general marketing/communication function;
3.Event planning and organizing experience preferred;
4.Experience in managing vendor and PR agencies;
5.Familiar with Marketing related knowledge and procedures;
6.Innovation mind, holistic and creative way of thinking;

7.CET-6 or equivalent English certificate is required.Ability to use English as working language;

8.Skilled in Office Software.Illustrator and Photoshop skill would be a plus.
