2. 能与各直播团队、平台进行有效沟通，推进直播的顺利开展；

    

3. 把控现场整体效果，保证直播整体品质，统筹内容直播流程的内容完整性。

职位要求：

1. 有过电商主播平台直播导演经验，能够把控直播节目现场的调度，对舞台直播转播环节岗位清楚，能快速调整应对现场紧急情况；

    

2. 对舞美AV灯光设备有较强的理解，能够主导设计整体舞美方案；

    

3. 对导播系统有较强的理解，有良好的镜头感，能根据需求确定舞台机位；

    

4. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协调能力，抗压能力强，善于协调资源推进项目；
