Purpose of Job:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, upgrading of the building fabric of Sanlitun Taikooli.
负责维护、改造、升级太古里的建筑结构

Major responsibilities and Objectives:

Assist Assistant Director-Technical, Technical Manager and / or Assistant Technical Manager on the matters relating to the building fabric and structure of designated premises
协助部门经理完成日常各项涉及建筑结构方面的事项
Major Tasks and Activities
1.Assist in the preparation of annual and five year budgets
协助完成年度预算

2.Responsible for project management, maintenance management, improvement and defects rectification of building works and Deeds of mutual common areas and drainage installation works
负责工程管理、维保管理、缺陷整改及安装工作

3.Responsible for supervising the tendering and bidding work, contracts management and storeroom management
负责监督招投标、合同及储藏室的管理

4.Recommend maintenance strategy to make sure all buildings in good condition
推荐维护策略以确保所有设备及建筑结构运转良好

5.Control and vet tenants’ fit-out associated with architecture work, ensure compliance with Building Regulations
审核、控制租户装修图纸，保证其符合楼宇相关法规

6.Review technical drawings
审核工程图纸

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

1.Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
建筑或土木工程专业
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial building operation and maintenance
至少5年商业运营及维护的相关经验
3.Good supervisory and communication skills, ability to work with people of all levels
良好的监督及沟通能力
4.Hands on knowledge of Word, Excel and E-mail
熟练运用办公软件，如Word, Excel, Email等。
