这个职位的成功候选人将与NI中国商务运营团队和多个部门的人员合作，以确保***客户订单准确、及时地订入系统。这个职位将主要负责审查客户订单，与客户确认订单具体信息，Oracle系统中完成订货，以及后续的订单跟进。
您将与以下NI人员密切合作：
- NI中国商务运营团队
- NI中国销售团队
- NI中国财务团队
- NI中国贸易合规团队
工作职责：
- 客户采购订单的审查
- 订单信息检查并与客户确认
- 订单录入
- 与销售，商务运营团队和客户等进行协调
- 帮助客户和销售查询库存及预计交货期
- 需遵循NI中国商务运营的指导原则
要求：
- 国际贸易、经济学、商务、英语等学士学位
- 性格外向并具有团队合作精神
- 乐于服务客户并具有良好的沟通能力
- 快速学习者和出色的执行技能
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力
- 优秀的普通话能力
- 有进出口物流知识者优先
- 有Oracle应用经验者优先
