1 Be responsible for school level HR core processes, including performance management, employee satisfaction survey, development plans with the guidance from group HR team;
2 Provide the HR professional consultancy to school leaders ;
3 Serve as a key contact person for personnel and ER issues;
4 Independently Run trainings and workshops to ensure all processes are understood and applied effectively with guidance from group HR leader;
5 Lead and implement E-HR system throughout campus and ensure high quality of data accuracy and efficiency
6 Fully in charge of monthly payroll transaction and keep smooth interface with SSC team;
7 Be a culture champion to promote and advocate group & school mission, vision and values
8 Play as a leader role to develop and engage the HR team.
岗位要求：
1 Bachelor’s degree;
2 At least 5 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner, HR or other relevant HR area. Local school / International school / Bilingual school experience is the must;
3 Recruiting function or C&B background is the plus or preferable;
4 Familiar with labor law and local practice;
5 Fluent English;
6 Great communication and organization skills, ability to prioritize and strong stakeholder management;
7 Passion for the real “team-play” and ability to engage the colleagues from very diverse departments in different activities and projects.
