1.负责数学课教学与数学课程开发，确保数学学习质量达到“课标”规定要求；
2.积极参与教研和科研活动；
3.能够与其他老师协同教学；
4.完成领导安排的其它教学辅助工作，并支持招生工作。
任职要求：
学历背景与专业经历:
1.本科及以上学历
2.工作经验2年以上
3.数学系相关专业
业务要求和核心素质:
1.本科学历及以上，具备数学学科的教师资格证书
2.二年以上小学教学经验；
3.有中英双语沉浸式教学经验者优先；
4.有一定英语能力者优先；
5.具有良好的亲和力、温和的性格、优秀的沟通能力；
6.身心健康、热爱学生、热爱教育事业；
7.具有高度的责任心、较强的团队协作精神，能与其他老师协同教学；
8.具有先进教育教学理念和勇于创新的精神；
9.多才多艺，能够为学生提供丰富的课程相关活动。
10.具备良好的与家长沟通的能力。
