职位描述
Purpose of the Position:
- Support the delivery of both Merger & Acquisition and Joint Venture transactions as well as organic green field investments for the Greater China region.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- identify, assess and execute potential mergers, acquisitions and investments by the company
- guide acquisition target research, building detailed financial models, and lead the execution of transactions
- maintain contact with a network of investment bankers and industry experts with a goal of identifying future acquisition candidates for consideration
Project involved with:
- Lead Internal team and coordinate with key company leadership
Reporting Structure:
- Report to Director, Corporate Development Asia
Education & Experience
- 5-10 years post MBA from a leading educational institution, excellent academic credentials
- Technical undergraduate preferred. Comfortable working with the technology community
- Project management experience
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, strong leadership & team building skills
- Demonstrated familiarity with investment transactions in Asia, ideally with both M&A transactions and organic green field investment investments
- Good command of English and presentation skills
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve challenging objectives in a complex environment where successful engagement of internal and external stakeholders are required through experience at a major corporation, management consulting firm or investment bank
- Familiar with a major international corporate environment; ideally have worked both overseas and in Asia
Soft Skills
- Generalist orientation - have broad knowledge of business, finance, legal, or technology issues but can also drill down to critical issues to help problem solve
