职位描述
Objective of job
Steer Dealers, by setting sales targets and monitoring achievements
Define and implement incentive programs to meet pre-defined sales targets
Develop and manage sales channels, and ensures smooth sales processes
Develop an efficient solution insurance renewal rate
Prepare and coordinate training for retail sales personnel to ensure sufficient product knowledge and enhance sales to end customers
Responsible for communication with dealers and customers
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts
Ensure effective organization of sales records to supplement the planning process
Contact person for dealer, e.g. for feedback of campaigns.
Active Dealer support
Collect direct feedback regarding campaigns from the Dealers and be responsible to solve the problems
Communicate with District Managers
Provide regular feedback to executive management on insurance Dealer Satisfaction with Insurance Companies and MBAFC team (Regional District Managers in all regions)
Strictly follow all Daimler Compliance rules and guidelines
Task designation
1 Active steering of dealer performance to secure the sales performance
2 Collection of Dealer feedback and active problem solution to continuously support Dealer satisfaction.
Based on KPI results, propose measures to improve the Service of MBAFC and Insurance Companies
Gives feedback to the management and supports the ‘Project management’ team with ideas for further improvement
3 Develops training concept for the sales people, coordinates with Training Department implementation of the concept.
Makes sure that all sales people are trained regularly and updates the training content according to the enhancements of Insurance product portfolio etc
4 Independently develops incentive programs to motivate the dealers and ensure the achievement of the pre-defined penetration targets. Collects feedback and constantly provides solutions
5 Develops solution, how to significantly improve Renewal rate
6 Communicates with the management feedback from the dealers
Qualification required
University degree
5-7 years experience in the financial services and / insurance industry(s)
Sales and marketing experience
Very good knowledge of Mercedes-Benz dealer network
Target driven und very strong will to succeed
Solid knowledge about the automotive industry in China
Understanding of financial services processes
Understanding of insurance brokerage business
Experience in set-up of new business fields
Experience in big projects
2-3 years experience in motor insurance underwriting/claims handling. A good understanding of automotive marketing and distribution practices is beneficial.
Ability to work independently
Self motivated, target oriented, committed to top performance
Team management experience
Sound judgement. Able to weigh and balance interests of multiple stakeholders.
Fluent Chinese and English language skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: esp. Excel and PowerPoint
Participation in in-house Compliance trainings
