Accountability

• Execute, manage and deliver R&D projects efficiently on time and on budget;
• Develop process expertise and innovative technical solutions of gas application in powder making, powder metallurgy, and related domains;
• Represent Air Liquide in technical area of responsibility and drive research collaborations with external partners (universities, institutes, and customers);
• Communicate with WBL and global R&D team in the execution of R&D projects;
• Support business development and promotion of Air Liquide technology to the market;
• Contribute to AL strategy formulation and watch the development of powder making and powder metallurgy technology and market in China;

Qualification

·         Master degree or above major in materials processing, manufacturing engineering, or materials science;

·         More than 5 years of working experience in R&D or engineering field;

·         Deep understanding of powder making fundamentals and powder metallurgy technology;

·         Deep understanding of additive manufacturing and market is preferable;

·         Deep understanding of safety requirements related to the field of applications;

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;

·         Good analytical capability, orientation to results and objectives;

·         Creative and innovative, contributing novel R&D approach and related deployable technologies in the technical domains;

·         Self-motivated, able to work independently;

·         Competent to build a network and an expert with extensive network is a plus;

·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to manage numerous stakeholders and work effectively across organization boundaries with external partners (universities, customers);
