工作职责：

1.负责制定和实施写字楼的市场和租赁策略。

2.与租户、开发商保持紧密的沟通和良好的合作互动。

3.配合开发商进行写字楼推销与意向客户进行租赁相关事宜的谈判。

4.拓展写字楼租赁的渠道及客户源，可独立完成中高端客户开发和跟进。

5.实地介绍项目进行商务谈判促成交易，并进行客户后期的经营与维系。

职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历。

2.三年以上甲级写字楼租赁相关工作经验，一年以上主管及经理工作经验优先。

3.有良好的人脉关系，有一定客户资源者为优先考虑。

4.熟悉当前市场行情和国家房地产市场的各项规定。

5.具备良好的沟通表达能力及条理性计划性，有较强的演示技能，英语熟练者为佳。

6.熟悉上海地区写字楼办公楼市场优先考虑。
