岗位职责：

1、熟悉负责区域房源信息；

2、及时配对客户需求方案及拜访带看；

3、陪同客户带看房源信息及客户需求更新；

4、配合上级制定区域部门销售计划及区域数据分析；

5、完成公司交付的小组业绩指标。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，有2年及以上商业地产租赁经纪工作经验者优先；

2、具有很强的沟通能力和服务意识，具备较强的学习能力，可快速掌握专业知识，及时开展工作；

3、熟练运用office、PPT等办公软件。

4、具有独立负责客户的能力及经验。
