岗位职责：

1、为客户提供专业的房地产顾问服务，需要拓展北京核心区域的写字楼及次核心区域产业园区、科技园区中的办公楼项目；

2、作为项目经理与客户沟通，完成项目拓展、选址、经济测算、商务谈判和签约工作；

3、负责项目拓展及客户关系维护工作。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，有一定房地产谈判经验；

2. 熟练的书面以及英语口语；

3. 执行力强，能承受工作压力；

4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
