职位描述
PURPOSE:
This is a development sales position within Flexco China (the Company), reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Flexco China. The incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue channelled through Distributor companies. His key activities will directly contribute to sales growth; marketing development and distribution channel management for the industrial markets in the China territory .Expectations are he would cover the region of XXX.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
? Overall Sales revenue growth in defined region and individual sales growth.
? Execution of Business Plan for responsible regional development
? Customer service and satisfaction
? Ensure Flexco is recognized as industry leader, and is preferred supplier on specifications
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
? Actual vs. Sale Budget (for revenue)

GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
1. To increase sales volume across the company’s product range, in the assigned territory of responsibility.

2. To develop & implement a territory based sales plan to capture new business in identified industry categories.

3. Maintain & further develop relationships with authorised distributors, end users, OEM’s of conveyor equipment, Conveyor Belt companies, and Pulley manufacturers.

4. Make recommendations to improve channels of distribution, product quality and design

5. Determine and recommend ongoing initiatives to compliment the Corporate marketing programme within Southeast Asia in conjunction with your Manage

6. Implement and monitor regular promotional activities, including trade shows, incentive programs with the territory’s distributors

7. Carry out regular and progressive product training of end users and distributor personnel

12. Keep weekly call records & demonstrate sound time and territory management.
