岗位职责：

1.根据公司提供的资源，负责电话邀约有留学意向的客户；

2.接待来访客户，负责对客户进行留学问题的咨询解答和指导；

3.对客户需求加以了解，对其目前的状况进行分析判断，并给出合理化的建议；

4.保留客户信息，及时回防追踪；

5.积极主动促进签约，并为客户量身制定个性化的留学方案；

6.老呵护的维护工作。

任职要求：

1.思维灵活，报答能力强，善于沟通；

2.心理学专业，有销售工作经验者优先；

3.有较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神；

4.为人踏实稳重，有服务意识，能够承受较强的工作压力；
