岗位职责：

1、指导预约体验课的学员上完体验课，并及时回访上完体验课的学员；

2、了解学员英语水平情况及诉求，推荐适合课程，有效管理学员，进行定期回访，促 成订单；

3、负责完成部门下达的工作任务，不断总结和提升自己，跟团队一起进步。

4、解决学员学习过程中的问题，并督促学员续费升级。

任职要求：

1.专科及以上学历，英语专业优先；

2.喜欢孩子，有爱心，有耐心，形象气质佳；

3.流利的英语口语和书面能力，良好的沟通表达能力；

4.抗压能力强，良好的团队合作意识，执行力强；

5.适应周中调休、周末上班。

福利待遇：底薪4.5k-6k+提成(2%-9%)+餐补400+交通补600+绩效+奖金+五险一金
