职位描述：

1. 对在读学员提供高水平的服务，完成团队销售任务；

2. 对学生进行日常管理、及时了解学生的学习情况、端正学员学习态度，培养学生学习习惯；

3. 向家长反馈学生学习进展情况，同时了解学生在家及学校的学习情况，根据反馈召开学生班会及家长会，以提升对学员的服务水平；

4. 完成领导安排的其他各项工作，通过团队合作保证在读学员及家长的满意度。

任职条件：

1. 可接受周六、周日上班；

2. 形象端正，身体健康，待人诚恳，有良好的服务意识，能够承受工作压力；

3. 教育学专业背景及有班主任工作经验者优先；

4 较好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，较强的责任感，具有临场事务的应对和处理能力；

5. 会使用办公软件。
