职位概要：

根据个人招生指标，接待客户咨询，达成招生目标。

主要职责与任务：

1.接待顾客来访咨询，解答上门顾客提出的各种问题；

2.通过电话等方式，跟进顾客购买意向，提供相应指导，促成订单；

3.为客户制定合理的课程；

4.准确收集、统计、整理咨询数据，挖掘有效顾客信息。

任职基本要求：

1.22-28岁，大专以上学历，计算机 或市场营销相关专业；

2.培训行业或相关销售工作1-2年；

3.熟练使用办公软件、具备基本的计算机操作能力；

4.熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT办公软件；

其他理想期望：

1.熟悉IT知识，有IT培训行业教育背景者佳；

2.良好的职业形象；

3.语言表达能力强，标准普通话，具有亲和力，善于电话沟通，反应机敏灵活，思路清晰；
