岗位职责：

1.跟进了解报名学员的基本情况，了解学员的需求，以在线形式受理日常用户咨询与解答；

2.根据公司辅导课程产品的特点，包装产品优势，及时推荐给潜在付费学员；

3.负责日常数据的挖掘和分析，不断优化销售流程和销售策略；

4.跟踪客户辅导项目实施及客户维护，帮助家长及学生更详细的了解公司的服务模式。

任职要求：

1.有较强的客户服务意识，沟通能力和抗压能力；

2.热爱教育事业，能快速融入互联网公司的环境；

3.有较强学习能力，踏实、专注，愿意为自我提升付出努力去实现；

4.有教育行业经验，一对一个性化行业班主任，咨询师经验优先。

Zhiliaoyucai (Beijing) technology co. LTD., Ltd is the first one works on online English education for children and provides foreign teachers at real time in China.
