在线全职一对一授课老师（弹性工作，在家远程教学，缴纳当地社保公积金）

科目：小学、初中、高中，语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、生物、科学

岗位要求：

1、擅长小学、初中、高中各科任一科目；

2、本科及以上学历，有教师资格证优先，有教学经验者优先；

3、学科知识扎实，熟悉小学或者初高中升学考试的形式和内容；

4、普通话标准，具有较强表达力、亲和力，有良好的教学技巧；

5、保证家里有良好的网络环境、Windows7及以上电脑系统，熟悉基本的电脑操作。

工作内容：

1、通过海风教育自有教学平台进行在线一对一小学、初中、高中学科教学工作；

2、了解并根据学生学习能力与需求，准备教学计划和课前教案；

3、根据学生情况因材施教，提供专业化的、高质量的一对一教学服务；

4、定期参加教师培训和部门会议；
