岗位职责：

1、负责企业客户培训项目的开发、推广及维护，完成公司制定的销售指标；

2、拜访企业客户，与客户建立良好的关系；

3、 根据企业客户需求，与产品部配合撰写培训方案，给客户提供专业意见和建议，推进业务谈判并签订协议/合同；

4、 参与部门及公司各项培训，持续进行个人能力提升；

5、根据公司整体发展战略，完成上级交付的其他事宜。

职位要求：

1、专科及以上学历，

2、一年以上销售经验，熟悉培训行业、有相关岗位经验优先，

3、独立分析问题的能力和快速学习能力；

4、良好的语言表达能力、沟通谈判技巧良好的团队合作精神；

5、热爱销售工作，积极主动，抗压能力强。
