KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
· Specifies, and designs hardware equipment.
硬件设备的设计和选型。
· Conceptual and detailed designs of equipment or portion of equipment.
部分或整套硬件设备的概念设计或详细设计。
· Ensure safety requirements are met.、

· Supervises design implementation identifying errors and omissions in requirements and ensures that they are resolved.

· Prepares reports, giving findings on problems.

· Prepares low level plans, schedules and budgets for hardware projects.

· Provides assistance in developing hardware capabilities required to support design effort.

· Provides support to marketing and other departments as required.

· Analyses of customer requirements using Company standard methodology.

MAJOR CHALLENGES 主要挑战
· To ensure the Hardware design meet the safety requirements
遵照安全需求进行硬件设计
· To maintain high standards of quality and to follow the defined process with particular attention to artefact reviews/testing as necessary for the development of safety related Hardware.
维护高质量标准，并按照定义的工艺流程审核和测试安全相关的产品
· To maintain high hardware design quality while meeting assigned deadlines.
满足项目周期，同时保证设计质量
· Sometimes work overtime and Under high pressure for narrow design deadline,
And sometimes need to go to site to support on night.
有时因为设计周期短需要加班且工作强度大；有时需要夜间去现场支持。
· To produce accurate cost estimates.
提供准确的成本估算
· To provide assistance to the Team Leader to ensure customer requirements are met.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
· B.Sc. or above, in Singaling, Mechatronics ,automation
or equivalent major .
理工科学士或以上学位，信号,机电一体化，自动化专业。
· Knowledge of railway signaling techniques.
了解铁路信号相关知识
· 3- 4years working experience in signaling or related industries.
有铁路或相关行业1-2 年的从业经验
· skillful to use AutoCAD
熟练应用AutoCAD
· Be able to read, write and listen English fluently
英文听读写流利
SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 特定技能要求
· Skilful with the electric components application and matching, such as power supply, breaker, relay , and cable;
熟练电气部件的选型和匹配，例如 供电，断路器，继电器和电缆；
· Experienced with the signaling component control circuit such as switch, signal control circuit;
熟悉信号系统部件的控制电路，如转辙机，信号机的控制电路；
· Or Experienced with the electronic circuit design;
或熟悉电子电路的设计开发；
· Or experienced with automatic control system integration and application
或熟悉自动控制系统的集成和应用。
Experienced with the wiring diagram design of the signal system or other control system.

· Experienced with the installation the signaling system or other control system installation.

· Experienced with the relay logic circuit design.

· Application experience of the digital communication system is plus.
