Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales opportunities, follow up on leads and successfully close out contracts to achieve or exceed set sales targets.

2. Participate in events, exhibitions and presentations to market and sell LR products and services whilst maintaining LR’s high reputation, ethics and client standards.

3. Regular and routine update of contact management via Salesforce and sales reports and/or software as well as other company administrative activities.

4. Liaise and co-operate with other sales, marketing and other department personnel to provide a highly valued, seamless service to potential and existing clients.

5. Generate, maintain and manage appropriate contacts and networks at forums, associations, meetings and consultant networks to raise LR’s market profiles and awareness and increase sales opportunities.

6. Carry out sales visits and sign commercial contracts up to 250 Mandays per budget year.

Job Requirement:

1. Relevant sales qualification(s) and/or degree qualification preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years sales exposure preferably in the service sector with demonstrable ability to generate sales opportunities and secure business.

3. Result driven with measurable sale achievement record.

4. Knowledge and understanding of LR products and services sufficient enough to manage the sales process from lead to contract completion and on-going customer sales support.

5.A self motivator with excellent and efficient skills in communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal with various levels of positions within any organization including senior executives.

6. Good understanding of certification and training business is preferred.
