Key Accountabilities:

· Assist Project Manager to monitor project progress and control project quality

· To ensure all project documents are completed, current and stored appropriately

· To coordinate existing store maintenance work and monthly report

· To coordinate with operation team about the needs and required

· Closely monitor the site progress and performance of the contractors/sub-contractors on site

·To proactively and collaboratively communicate and coordinate with all departments and functions as required for each project

·Provide supports and assistance to related team members as needed

· Collect all invoice of from suppliers , and apply for payments to suppliers

Requirements:

· At least 5 years relevant experience gained from Design or Engineering and responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the maintenance and construction work

· Detail-oriented and good coordination skills

· Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit

· Fully skilled at Auto CAD, SKETCH or 3D Max

· Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Project Management
