• Support the sales Team to drive sustainable sales growth through a comprehensive technical knowledge of Excipients market and possess the ability to apply that knowledge to address customer needs using Kerry products.

• Drive long term sales growth by building a comprehensive project pipeline with target customers. Projects to be built primarily with R&D.

• Be a Technical Expert for the Kerry portfolio of Excipients products and be able to identify and convincingly communicate our solutions to customer teams.

• Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager to communicate customers technical problems, utilize Kerry resources to find solutions and be part of a team that works on-the-bench to develop successful solutions.

• Demonstrates the ability to position the advantages of Kerry products versus the competitor offerings.

• Should be highly aware of Excipients Market trends and be able to articulate competitor and customer strategies.

• Accountable for achieving a deep level of understanding of customer’s objectives and strategies and consumer insights that is required to achieve significant value creation for Kerry and the customer.

• Develop strong strategic relationships within customers’ organisation, especially R&D but also including; Marketing and Procurement and foster counterpart relationships within Kerry.

• Perform on site trials at the customer to advise on efficient scale up to Kerry product.

任职资格：

• University degree in Pharmacology, Chemistry or related field.

• Market experience - the successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a technical sales support role interacting with direct customers and agents (distributors). Experience in the Pharma industry (Pharma Excipients) is essential.

• Strong working knowledge of Excipients – terminology, market, media components (natural or chemical).

• Demonstrated ability to understand competitive and marketplace Knowledge and translate into an effective strategy and action plan to deliver a customer.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Fluent English speaker with additional languages desirable.

• This role requires regular travel.
