Scope of Job: Youare responsible to assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all accountingfunctions for the attraction. Your main duties include daily accountingoperations; handling treasury and cash management functions; carrying outmonth-end closing; assisting the preparation of various kinds of financialreports & analysis and to perform any ad-hoc assignments.

Key Objectives:

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting operationsincluding account receivable, account payable, general journals, inter-companyreconciliations, bank reconciliations and month-end closing

• Processing and banking of all types ofpayment received from customers and trade sales including commercial (travelagencies, individual & corporate) and institutions (education, government& community centers), etc

• Preparing & posting of invoices,distribution of statements, chasing of payments outstanding and debtors’ ledgerreconciliation.

• Batching of authorised invoices and inputtingthe data to the ledgers.

• Preparing the daily flash report, weeklystatistic report, weekly cash flow forecast, monthly hyperion reports forsubmission to the Group Finance in UK

• Agree inter-company balances on or before theset deadlines.

• Liaison with local tax agents for local taxcompliance.

• Liaison with local auditors on statutoryaccounting requirement.

• Assist the Finance Manager on various reportsfor the UK

• Provide support on all aspects of the FinanceDepartment when necessary

• Liaison between finance and all levels of staff to ensure full knowledge of all significant finance issues.
• Ensuring ready access finance information, by maintaining proper files
• Any other reasonable duties or activities which may be required as appropriate.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies andprocedures

• Computer skills a must, intermediate skillsin MS Word and Excel

• College degree or equivalent experience.

• Possess strong communication skills (bothverbal and written) and motivational skills.

• Proven ability to work on multiple projectssimultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet deadline.

• Great organization skills and detail orienteda must.

• Ability to work with all levels of staff andguests.

• Point out problems and is capable of dealingwith problems and solving them.

• Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Is flexible for the benefit of tasks and hasa “can do” attitude
