Scope of Job: You are responsible to assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all accounting functions for the attraction. Your main duties include daily accounting operations; handling treasury and cash management functions; carrying out month-end closing; assisting the preparation of various kinds of financial reports & analysis and to perform any ad-hoc assignments.

Key Objectives:

Main Responsibilities:

？ Perform full set of accounting operations including account receivable, account payable, general journals, inter-company reconciliations, bank reconciliations and month-end closing

？ Processing and banking of all types of payment received from customers and trade sales including commercial (travel agencies, individual & corporate) and institutions (education, government & community centers), etc

？ Preparing & posting of invoices, distribution of statements, chasing of payments outstanding and debtors’ ledger reconciliation.

？ Batching of authorised invoices and inputting the data to the ledgers.

？ Preparing the daily flash report, weekly statistic report, weekly cash flow forecast, monthly hyperion reports for submission to the Group Finance in UK

？ Agree inter-company balances on or before the set deadlines.

？ Liaison with local tax agents for local tax compliance.

？ Liaison with local auditors on statutory accounting requirement.

？ Assist the Finance Manager on various reports for the UK

？ Provide support on all aspects of the Finance Department when necessary

？ Liaison between finance and all levels of staff to ensure full knowledge of all significant finance issues.

？ Ensuring ready access finance information, by maintaining proper files

？ Any other reasonable duties or activities which may be required as appropriate.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

？ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures

？ Computer skills a must, intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel

？ College degree or equivalent experience.

？ Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and motivational skills.

？ Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet deadline.

？ Great organization skills and detail oriented a must.

？ Ability to work with all levels of staff and guests.

？ Point out problems and is capable of dealing with problems and solving them.

？ Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude

？ Is flexible for the benefit of tasks and has a “can do” attitude
