职位描述


Job Responsibilities:


1.To develop basic market research skills / competencies via on-the-job learnings and class room trainings


a. To support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery, and assist in proposal preparation


b. To assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation:

I. Quant studies: table specs, codeframes, report charting, etc.

ii. Qual studies: content analysis, summary of IDIs, assist in qual report preparation, etc.

2.To have good understanding and familiar with all stages of market research study

a. To provide support in overall project management with support from project leader, including FW monitoring, Quality control, etc.


Jobholder's Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree above majored in Medical, pharmic, biology, sociology, statistics or related

Fields


2.1+ year experience in Healthcare Market research, or 2+years experience in Hospital clinic and familiar with the healthcare system.


3.Oral and written English skills essential; Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


4.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with doctors effectively


5.Strong analytical ability to write the various forms report of market research


6.Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
