Responsibilities

• HVDC control and protection project tendering;

• HVDC control and protection project execution:

  • System hardware design and implementation;

  • Factory system test;

  • On-site installation support;

• Technical support to the HVDC Customer Service Department:

  • Maintenance outage;

  • Malfunction analysis and clearance;

  • Response to customer technical requests;

    
    

    Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Electrical Engineering or Automation background. HVDC related knowledge and experience preferred;

• Good English language skills (written and spoken);

• Good team work ability;

• Motivational and result-oriented;

• The following knowledge and experience will be considered as advantages:

  • RTDS, HYPERSIM and other simulation platforms;

  • FPGA;

  • PSCAD, Matlab;

  • Power system analysis;

  • Automatic control theory;

  • Digital signal processing;

  • Analog circuits and digital circuits;
