Job Description:

Manage the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.

• Site management for complex projects. Organizing open case inspection, installation and commissioning coordination, customer site acceptance. Etc.

• Define project execution plan and resource usage, monitor the project execution and initiate the corrective actions to solve the project problem.

• Follow up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.

• Communicate and coordinate with the customer, sales, engineering, finance and customer service people for the project execution (including payment, engineering, factory acceptance test, goods delivery, commissioning and training etc.)

• Conduct the project specific procurement and supervise the subcontracting.

• Clarify the project open issues, evaluate the project risks and manage the project risks.

• Report the project data and statistic, and provide progress report and forecast report to the concerned stakeholders.

  
  

  Requirements:

  
  

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-oriented

• Team spirit

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Knowledge of electrical construction rules

• Familiar with Project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, SAP)

• Familiar with local norms of electrical installation and commissioning.

• Commercial knowledge in project business （e.g. Contract Law, INCOTERMS）

• Willing to travel frequently.

• Fluent in written and spoken English
