As a Production Development Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Building Products Business Unit (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

As a Production Development Specialist, you will Optimize the Suppliers Manufacture Processes, Mold Method Processes and Equipment, and accomplish KPI of Productivity and Quality for the Manufacture Process.

Your Task as a Production Development Specialist will include the following:

1. To define the Process Flow i.e.:
？ Edit Process Documents
？ Define Process Parameters
？ Training for Operators
2. To dig the Process Requirement.
3. To identify the Process Risk.
4. To solve the Manufacture Process Issues(Injection) and ensure the Stability of Assembly Process.
5. To audit the Supplier, and to review the Supplier Quality Level and Improve it.
6. To be responsible for the Supplier Quality Management of New Product Project
7. To lead OPEX and 6 Sigma projects.
8. To write the related Supplier Quality Management Document.

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above is required.
？ 5+ years of experience in Mold & Manufacture Process.
？ Experience in Supplier Quality Management of Low Voltage Electrical Appliance Industry is a plus.
？ Knowledge on Technical Training or Presentation experience is preferred.
？ Should be familiar with the Injection Manufacture Process Technology and also be familiar with Mold and Fixture Design.
？ Proficient at MS-Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
？ Good ability/knowledge of Quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, DOE, TPM, 6 Sigma, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
？ Fluent in written and spoken English.
