As a Sales Engineer- Force Measurement, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Division and Measurement & Analytics Business Units (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

Your Tasks as a Sales Engineer- Force Measurement will include the following:

？ Ensure sales activities comply with ABB HSE requirements;
？ Achieve sales business targets through proactive sales activities with high performance;
？ Establish and maintain effective & long term customer relationships;
？ Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process;
？ Identify and develop sales opportunities according to defined sales plans, and using ABB company tools;
？ Prepare technical & commercial proposals, and discuss/negotiate with customers;
？ Support project management for successful execution throughout whole project period.

？ Ideally you should have Bachelor degree or above in Automation or Instrumentation coupled with at least 2 plus years of Sales experience.
？ You must be familiar with ABB Force Measurement products and should have knowledge on Metals flat rolling processes preferred.
？ You should have good communication skills, team-working ability, and work independently under high pressure.
？ Candidates should be fluent in English language both in oral and written and should be willing to travel frequently.
